💧Drink water to boost hydration. Drinking water in the morning also helps to flush out toxins and helps to increase energy and immunity.
🪥🦷Brush teeth first! This will avoid 🦠bacteria staying around the mouth and make sure to use white non-dye tooth paste. The dyes may cause irritation and may lead to sensitivity and breakouts.
🚿Take a shower and wash your face last and turn down the temperature.
I recommend washing your face in the shower to get all bacteria/dirt and oil, or any other residue off the entire face behind the ears and neck removed. Also taking your time washing your face is very important. Sometimes sink washing is rushed and most don’t get a thorough cleanse.
Also make sure to wash your face last to remove all debris and water temp is on the lukewarm/cooler side to avoid stripping the skin that may cause extreme sensitivity and dryness.
